The location was excellent, very close to the main square. the room was clean and fresh. It matched the pictures online (i had a budget double or twin room). the reception team was very cute. i also appreciated the tap water being drinkable.

the lobby had some clutter with items related to their bike rental service.

the hotel is downtown, within easy walking distance of all the sights. the belfry and the main square are just a few steps away (it is a very convenient spot!). shops, bars, and museums are also nearby.

small room constant heating

The room felt really small, we kept bumping into each other. also, the bathroom was tiny. Getting ready in there was difficult. the heating switched off constantly was nice, but the staff did bring us a replacement heater, which helped a little.

the location could not be better it is right by the main square. the room had tea and coffee facilities available i found extra pillows too. sample size toiletries were included that was practical. the staff were friendly and answered questions.

i noticed a slight musty smell in one corner of the room otherwise everything was fine

the hotel is a very short walk from the belfry and market square access is very easy to main attractions it made sightseeing very efficient no need for transport.

the room had both tea and coffee making equipment this was helpful in the morning. there was a heater in the room and i could regulate the temperature easily. wifi worked well in the room.

the reception staff were always available and very attentive to any queries. they provided quick responses to questions i had before my arrival. checkout was a bit later at 12 pm this was convenient.

dirty carpet caravan bathroom

The location was unbeatable. It was just off a large town square.

The room wasn't great. The curtains had large holes, seemingly eaten by moths. the caravan bathroom didn't help, neither did a dirty carpet. for what i paid, i expected more.
