Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had a good big bed in the suite with a kitchen, but unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable, sinking in during my stay. However, there were shops and commercial services available, and a welcome drink was offered. The location was just in the historical city center, which was a great plus. The rooms were clean and comfy. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel has stunning rooms with beautiful views and a kitchenette, ideal for young families. The huge balcony is a major plus, but some rooms have only a small veranda. The service was outstanding on both days of our stay, despite informing the receptionist. The location is right in the heart of the city, just off the main square Markt, offering a convenient base for exploring. The dining options were plentiful, and having cold coffee included was a nice touch. The facilities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just off the main square Markt, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms offer a beautiful view but are in need of some maintenance, and the unmade bed full of crumbs was a downside. The service was inconsistent, despite informing the receptionist. The dining options included light salads, but the lack of variety was disappointing. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
The hotel had rooms with kitchenettes ideal for young families, although mine had an unmade bed full of crumbs, coupled with the same old unkempt decor. On the bright side, there was a small terrace to enjoy. The service was a hit on both days of our stay despite our concerns, and there were shops and commercial services available. The location was centrally situated near the Christmas markets at the city center, making exploring quite convenient. The dining experience, although included, left me longing for more options beyond the tons provided with a side of cold coffee. Overall, a mixed bag of comfort and convenience with a sprinkle of disappointment.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a huge balcony, even though the decor was a bit outdated, it had a cozy charm to it. The kitchen in the room was definitely a plus. The service was top-notch, and despite a few hiccups at the reception desk, the staff went out of their way to assist us. The location couldn't have been better, right in the market square, making it super convenient to explore the town. However, the cleanliness during breakfast was a bit lacking. The dining experience offered tons of options, including complimentary bread, and the facilities were great overall.
This hotel offers a great location with a huge balcony for the suite, and bunk beds room options. The service at the reception desk was consistent, and we enjoyed a welcome drink. The hotel is situated right in the historical city center with Christmas markets nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the attractions. The dining experience provided tons of options, and we found the international dishes satisfying. The facilities were well-equipped, enhancing our overall stay.
